The new marine AIS/VHF antenna builds on the success of the A430-AIS and features 20 Feet of low-loss RG-8/X cable permanently attached to the antenna and a high-quality solder-type PL-259 connector for a hassle-free, professional installation. The AIS Antenna uses copper and brass elements for maximum range and efficiency, all enclosed in a stylish UV resistant radome with stainless steel ferrule. Used with standard 1 Inch-14 mounts, this thick-walled fiberglass antenna is perfect for stand-alone AIS applications or for combination VHF/AIS installations where a splitter is used.
